These terms sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the classyyou.dk website and any purchased of our products. This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and this Website operator (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing and using ClassyYou and purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Order and Product Purchase
When making any order or purchase, you undertake that all details you have provided to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to make your order. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.
Our shopping page will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order(s). Therefore, we recommend that you take the time to read and check your order(s) at each stage of the order process before placing your order for checkout. All your orders will be process via ClassyYou Website and please note that we reserve the right to divide a composite order into individual orders for acceptance and/or shipping, at our discretion. After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order and that it is on pending status. Payment will be taken from your account once your Order are being packaged and is being dispatched and you will received a confirmation e-mail about this including a tracking ID for you to follow the shipment process of your order.

We received the rights that any product description given are provided by ClassyYou. While we try to make sure that the display and description of the Products on the Website is materially accurate and precise, please note that we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colors accurately reflect the actual color of each Products. The images of the Products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and any Products you order may vary slightly from those images. ClassyYou offers our customers the right to return and refund a purchase from our website. Please refer to our return policy and and learn more about your cancellation and return rights.
Order or Purchase Amendments
You may request amendments to an order you placed any time before you receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has been dispatched. You can email us at support@classyyou.dk -subject ‘amend an order’ stating every detail of the order including the name, order number and amendment details. If the Order Confirmation has already been sent, a request to amend your order is now invalid. If your order has already been dispatched, you are welcome to return the Products to us in accordance with our return policy (please take time to read our return policy). At no time before an order which has been dispatched has been returned to us can we cancel an order or process any refund.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and ClassyYou, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, it governs your use of the Website and Purchase of our products.

ClassyYou are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
When subscribing at ClassyYou, we then collect your e-mail address. With the e-mail address you provided you acknowledge that you allow ClassyYou to send you newsletter, e-mail information of an arrival of new product/s, sale information and any other website promotion.
When placing an order with ClassyYou, we will collect information about you including your name, phone number, email address, mailing address and payment details. These information are collected about you in accordance to our Privacy Policy
Changes and Amendments
We amend these Terms from time to time. Therefore we recommend to please check the Website’s Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy regularly before you place an order to see if these Terms have been updated. Every time you order Products from us, the Terms in force at the time of your order will apply to the Contract between you and us.
